    I have been dipping on an off for the past 26yrs. yesterday I said no more, I am on day 2 with lots of cravings, and side effects, but I know that if I can just get it all out of my system it might just be a bit easier, I will take it one day at a time.

    I had to go to Germany for two weeks in February and saw it as a good excuse to quit. Can’t buy the Grizz there. I haven’t used chewing tobacco since February 23rd, but I have been using Jake’s mint Chew (tea leaves) to help with the oral fixation. Should I stop using this? It’s nicotine free.
